‘Tash On’ added to Collins Online Dictionary |
One of the most popular phrases from Geordie Shore has been made official!
Vicky brought the phrase ‘tash on’ into the show and says she has been using the term with her mates for quite a while.
“Me and my mates have said it for years, it was just a daft joke. You always heard phrases like “necking on” but that never really made sense to me.
“Kissing has nothing to do with your neck, it’s to do with your lips and mouth and the area where a moustache is.
“That’s where it came from and we’ve said it for years and years since. It’s always been a thing between me and the girls.
“I’m even sure my mum and dad used to say it years ago. It was just a bit daft.”
